My husband and I had our wedding reception at Falkirk estate this past September 2019. Our experience at Falkirk was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. Karen, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. You took so much of the stress and coordination off of our plate. You kept us on track with planning throughout the year. And you timed out our wedding day perfectly, minute by minute. The day ran seamlessly, and we felt zero stress and were able to enjoy our wedding reception to the fullest. Michael and Michelle were by our side throughout the entire reception. We felt like royalty, anything we needed they had for us – before we even asked! They made sure we were fed, hydrated, in the right place at the right time, even had my flip flops ready for me after our wedding dance. Now let’s not forget about the FOOD and SERVICE!! Our guests are still raving at how delicious the all the food was, and how EXCELLENT the service was. This was not your typical wedding meal or servers. Our guests barely had to go to the bar, because the wait staff was so on top of their tables. And those who did go to the bar were served immediately- which is impressive and important for a huge Irish family! Thank you Falkirk, for the most perfect day we could have ever dreamed of. From the moment we stepped into Falkirk, we knew this was our venue! Karen was amazing to work with and made the planning process so easy. She was always available to answer our questions. Our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding, from the food, atmosphere, helpfulness of the waitstaff, the compliments are endless! We are so happy to have had our wedding at Falkirk, they made our special day incredible! When we walked in to see the reception space before guests arrived, the wait staff all stopped what they were doing to offer us congratulations. The attention to detail was amazing! Multiple people complimented the wait staff on their service. Michael and Michelle were on top of everything, letting us know when things would occur and making sure we were having a great time throughout. We had beautiful weather for February and Michelle made our day so special and was so attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for pictures outside. We have been told by multiple guests it was the best wedding they have ever been to and they keep asking how we found Falkirk since none of our guests had been there previously. January 8, 2020……WOW! I can’t even begin to express our gratitude to the Falkirk team. But I’m gonna try! Tommy took care of us right from the start and after our first tour/meeting we were sold. The venue itself is gorgeous and speaks for itself. But Tommy really made us feel like family. He is so kind and encouraging and made our decision to choose Falkirk an easy one. Tommy and his magical team took the night over and beyond our expectations. Every person who had been to a wedding here before gasped when we told them our wedding would be at Falkirk. They raved about the venue, the food and the service so much that it seemed too good to be true! Well it was that and so much more. The FOOD the SERVICE! It’s been over a week and we are still receiving such wonderful compliments from the guests in attendance. The Falkirk staff make you feel so important and so well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Tommy, Karen, Michael and Michelle, this is our love letter to you. You made this day in our lives truly the greatest. We cannot thank you enough! We are so sad to think that our time with you has ended. Don’t be surprised when we pop by for a visit.
My husband and I got married at Falkirk on May 26, 2019. From the moment we first stepped foot inside Falkirk I knew this was the place for me! I wanted a rustic elegant wedding where guests could be outside during cocktail hour and Falkirk had it all! Tommy, Karen, and all of the staff at Falkirk are amazing!! From the first time we went to Falkirk we felt like we were family to them. The staff truly goes above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of when it came to the actually wedding day. We felt like royalty on the day of our wedding. Our parents and friends can not stop raving about the food and service that they received from the staff. The cocktail hour was out of this world! My parents went to a wedding before mine and they were catered to and recently attended another wedding there where all of the staff remembered them and went out of their way to say hello and see if they needed anything. Our wedding was held at Falkirk this past weekend, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect venue. Every step along the way was easy and a pleasure to work with Karen. She truly made it a personal experience and offered professional advice while listening to what I was hoping the day would be, and worked with me to ensure it could work. On every visit beforehand, each staff member we encountered was so kind and warm. On the actual wedding day, not only were we blown away by the level of care, detail, and attention shown to us, but our guests truly were as well. We are still getting calls daily about how amazing the food, service, and attention was at Falkirk, and how impressed everyone was by it all. The food was incredible – every single item at the cocktail hour, to the stations, through dinner and dessert – I only wish we could have eaten so much more of it! The wait staff, valets, bartenders, coat check staff…. Every single one gave the upmost attention to each guest, and our guests still keep talking about the respectful, friendly service. For us, the exceptional care that Karen, Michelle, and Michael gave us from the moment we walked through the doors until after we left, can never be spoken of highly enough. Hi Tommy, Karen, & all of the truly amazing Falkirk staff…We could not let this week go by without thanking you for truly helping us to plan the MOST PERFECT wedding day on November 30th! My mom put it best, “Falkirk Estate and Country Club is a hidden gem,” especially for those of us who live in New Jersey. When we began to search for wedding venues, my cousin Rachel sent me a few options, one of which was Falkirk. After having two negative experiences at venues in New Jersey, we decided to make an appointment to see Falkirk. This was by far the best decision we made. Simply walking into Falkirk, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Each and every time we have visited Falkirk after booking our wedding, we fell in love with the venue over and over again.
We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Upon arriving, my bridal assistant Michelle was truly the sweetest. She was always a step ahead knowing what was needed or not needed at a given moment, ensuring that we adhered to the timeframe for pictures, making sure that I had a comfy pair of shoes under the sweetheart table, keeping the drinks flowing, and so much more! From the bottom of my heart Michelle, thank you for being the greatest bridal assistant (and friend) a girl could ask for.
A special thanks to Michael, who faciliated the wedding from start to finish…lining everyone up, cueing the band when needed, consistently checking in on us throughout the day…and for being so genuinely kind!
Peter was an amazing head waiter. Ironically, after the wedding, my mom shared that she wanted to get herself a drink from the bar and she had to tell Peter that she wanted to get the drink herself since he did not skip a beat…and always made sure everyone had what they needed…before they even needed it.
Tommy & Karen…We appreciate all of your guidance and patience with the overall planning process…between the puzzle…and the life-size photo frame. Tommy, we know you will always remember the puzzle! You were both there to answer the many questions we had…and ensure that we had everything and more for the big day!
We have been to many weddings (seven weddings prior to our wedding…with the first wedding in April 2019)…and Falkirk Estate and Country Club well exceeded every expectation…from the beauty of the venue, the impeccable service, the gorgeous atmosphere, and the truly unbelievably amazing staff! Sept 14, 2019 – the most magical day of my life, thanks to Falkirk and all their staff. From the day I chose the location until the day after my wedding, the staff were so responsive and extremely helpful. Tommy and team helped me with every detail of my wedding – from giving me their feedback on the vendors I chose, to giving me tips of what to do/not to do. The experience we had was simply incredible. The food, the service, the kindness, the guidance – you would be making a huge mistake if you don’t choose this venue. The staff just blended in with us and felt like they were a part of our family!
Their food – I can rave about this for days. My family is very picky, and we have gone to many weddings, and I will say to this day, all we hear is how incredible the food was. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and with a smile on their faces.
Why would you ever spend money on a wedding planner? Tommy and team took care of every single detail – from making sure that my pictures, pamphlets, signs were up in the right locations, to bustling my dress the night of. The Maitre D was incredible.
My family lives 45 minutes from the venue, but my husband and I now live in Florida. A lot of my planning was done from afar. What this team did to make sure every single detail was taken care of was just incredible. They made everything so easy, and so pleasant. I made the best decision of my life marrying my husband- choosing Falkirk was the next best decision I made for my wedding.
If you are reading this, stop and don’t go any further. I promise you, you won’t regret it. In fact, it will be the best decision you make. Give them a call!

There is so much I can say about Falkirk and it’s hard to put all my thanks into words.
Falkirk was the first and ONLY venue we looked at. My mom had heard of them through a client of hers and hot nothing but rave reviews. Upon seeing the venue and meeting Tommy we new right away this was our place. He made us feel like family off the bat and that was important to us.
We were weary about our choices in venue and vendors because we are an LGBT couple, but we felt comfortable in our decision the second we walked in. It didn’t matter if we were gay, straight, purple or polka dotted, we were treated just as special as we hoped to be.
Since the moment we had our first appointment until the end of the wedding, everything was handled extremely professionally and run like a well oiled machine. I am somewhat of a control freak but Tommy & his staff made me feel completely at ease and that I had nothing to worry about.
The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother. The team of people I had treated me with the upmost respect and were incredibly kind and comforting. I was a ball of nerves but they kept me calm and collected the whole way through. They led me everywhere I needed to go, and every single aspect of the day ran PERFECTLY. The food, the ambiance, and every single one the staff were AMAZING! I could not stop receiving compliments from our guests about how good the food & venue was. 3 weeks later, people are still calling me up to tell me it’s the best wedding they ever attended.
I could go on forever about how gracious my wife and I are for Falkirk and how everyone should have their wedding here but I will say this in conclusion. As a lesbian couple, we faced a lot of issues with family not wanting to attend our wedding because they didn’t agree with it. It was a very hard road leading up to our special day, and at times I was not sure I wanted to even have the wedding. BUT thanks to Falkirk I’m glad we did. Being accepted and treated as equal as other couples was a huge fear of ours but I have never felt more welcomed and cared for by people I barely knew. As I said before, Tommy and the rest of the staff made us feel like family, and to us, that meant everything considering some of my family would not attend. They made the day so incredibly special that I forgot about the missing pieces because they filled it with so much happiness and warmth.
To us, Falkirk is more than just a wedding venue. It didn’t feel like we were just another couple for them to get money from. We were not just another transaction to them. It felt like home. I would go through all the tears & stress I endured with my family 100 times over again to relive our day there. They made everything all worth it.
If you don’t book here, trust me when I say this, you are making a big mistake. No other place can live up to Falkirk, I can say that with 1000% confidence.

Truly cannot thank all the members of Falkirk Estate Enough. From the moment we began our process we knew that Falkirk was where we would get married.
Tommy and Karen, thanks will never be enough. Both of you went above and beyond on all fronts, from the planning, to the menu, to the actual day. Thank you so so much. We could not have asked for two better people to work with. Thank you for being so flexible and understanding throughout the entire process and for making sure we had EXACTLY what we wanted it was a dream.
Michelle, the Bridal Attendant, was beyond awesome. While we only met the day of the wedding she was there through it all that day and never left my side. Was extremely grateful for her and her expertise throughout the day.
Michael, the Maitre De, was amazing. Not only did he take care of the coordination throughout the day but my husband forgot to mention one of his favorite drinks throughout the planning process. When we arrived for pictures in the afternoon there was not enough, and Michael made sure that we had it immediately following the pictures. He was incredible.
All the waitstaff, we heard nothing but phenomenal things from all our guests. They are the picture of professionalism and truly make you feel like you are the most important on your day.
I cannot say thank you enough to this group, and will forever cherish our special day at Falkirk. You all have something very special there, and Jake, myself, and our families are so very grateful for all that you did.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The Falkirk goes above and beyond to make certain you want for nothing. The venue is absolutely spotless, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food was out of this world!
It rained on our wedding day, but the Falkirk went out of their way to make sure the ceremony was all set to go for an indoor ceremony and it was more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for!
So many guests said it was THE BEST wedding they have ever been to! They loved the food and could not say enough good things about their tables’ waiters and waitresses. Our families were so pleased with everything, and no one’s drink was ever empty!
Karen was supportive throughout the entire planning process, giving reminders when needed and helping to keep everything organized. My bridal concierge, Michelle, did an amazing job making sure I had everything I needed the day of, and even went out of her way to make sure I didn’t get a drop of rain on my dress!! Michael was awesome and kept the entire wedding party organized and in step. All of these people made it so that I did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding. It’s what any bride or groom would want for their wedding. We had the best day of our lives thanks to them!!!

My daughter’s wedding was just held at Falkirk on Sunday. Tommy and his staff were beyond amazing. We loved it the first day we walked in and my guests are still raving about the food, the wait staff, the grounds, etc. I also had high recommendations from a few clients of mine who either had their weddings there or attended one. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It truly is a venue that lives up to its reputation.
What a beautiful magical venue! It is really beautiful and if the weather cooperates there are no words to describe it! But the staff starting with Tommy and Karen – they truly make your special day very very special. They go out of their way from the very first day to make the day the very best it can be! Michael was warm, caring, and attentive to any and every aspect of our reception imaginable, and did so while somehow running a tight ship and making sure the day’s schedule remained structured – all with a smile on his face. Whether it was our entrances or the toasts, he made sure to walk us through every part of the evening, even the cake cutting ceremony when he quickly realized we had no idea what we were supposed to be doing😂
To top off this world class staff at the Falkirk, the entire kitchen and wait staff is second to none as well. Since our wedding day, nearly every last one of our guests has reached out to rave about the incredible food and service they were able to experience with us that day. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Falkirk, and what an incredible experience! The entire day was a dream come true from start to finish. Working with Tommy and Karen during our two years of being engaged was another great experience. Their warm personalities, knowledge, and excellent taste were some great traits we admired during our experience. The venue itself was gorgeous on the day of my wedding, the fall foliage along the grounds and extra attention to detail made it look like something right out of a fairy tale. The wait staff was amazing, and made my husband and I feel so special on our big day. Our daughter’s reception was held in Falkirk Estates on October 19, 2019. Words cannot describe the great and magical experience we had at Falkirk. It was a perfect day! Falkirk Estates is a world class organization that is 100% dedicated to customer service. We had zero hiccups during the even and the entire team at Falkirk (from waitstaff to management) was was 100% dedicated to ensure we had a marvelous experience (which we absolutely did). What impressed me the most is that the entire staff at Falkirk was committed and dedicated to ensure the event was a success from the very beginning when the buses arrived to went the last person left the venue. The management (which includes but it is not limited to Tommy, Karen, will and Barry) made our process painless and friendly from the first day we went to visit them right to the day after the wedding when we went back to pick up some pictures. I strongly recommend future couples to seriously take into consideration doing business with Falkirk for their wedding venue. I am sure your experience will be the same as ours

There are no words to explain what we experienced when we had our wedding at Falkirk besides saying that quite literally everything was perfect. When we were searching for venues, I remember a review that said “you are crazy if you don’t book Falkirk” – and I have to reiterate: you are CRAZY if you decide not to get married at Falkirk!! The ballroom, all of the outdoors, and the barn/farm where we took pictures were all absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were blown away with the care and professionalism that Karen, Tommy, Michael (our maitre’d), Michelle (bridal concierge), and every other staff member exuded throughout the entire planning process and wedding. The service of every single bartender & server was fantastic – we got multiple comments from so many people on how their drinks were constantly filled and how kind and caring every staff member was. Karen is a master at weddings, she was unbelievably organized, super responsive to emails/phone calls, and gave us advice that made our day so special. Michelle was a wonderful, pleasant person who made our day multiple times (she held my lipstick all day, kept giving us food and drinks without us even asking). Michael was also extremely organized and made our ceremony a breeze even with a large & loud bridal party that he had to take care of!! We also got a ton of comments on how incredible the food was, especially during cocktail hour. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to (one person even told us at 8pm, when the reception just started!!) My husband and I were not stressed about anything at all throughout the entire time – it was the best wedding we had ever been to as well, and we had a blast thanks to the staff making sure we were as care-free as possible. We picked Falkirk because of its ridiculous beauty, having only 1 wedding PER DAY (we took pictures for 3 hours there before the ceremony), and because of the reviews of the service, but there was so much more that we didn’t even know was in store. Everyone at Falkirk truly cares about making your wedding the absolute best day of your lives. We are so happy.

Alan Schuldineroctober 5th was the 1 year anniversary for my son and his wife..the falkirk is the ultimate wedding venue…my son and fiance made numerous trip to falkirk to meet with tom..he told us about the place and tom..when we all went there to see and meet..everything we were told was true…we knew we would be choosing falkirk..tom was not pushy..and told us what the falkirk would do for us..not what other places wont/dont do..the food tasting was amazing..we booked it..when the bus pulled up with my son and the groomsmen..we were greeted by the entire staff..the buffet for us was really good..peter was the one taking care of my wife and i…he told us this is our affair to enjoy leave everything to him..he was right..he promised our glass will never be empty..he was right..greeting my wife and i at the end of the ceremony with congratulations and of course drinks..after cocktail hour he told us no need to rush to dining room…nobody will be served until my wife and i were seated…also..thanks for allowing my wife and i to be the first parents to be allowed to go to the barn and surrounding grounds..some of our best pix were from there..thanks for allowing me to provide the filets…to this day if we try to find a flaw…we cant..all our guests loved the whole nite..{not the ride}..lol..we have been to many affairs closer to home..some at the high end places nothing compares..also..peter was a great help to my daughter..with her young daughter..and helping my mom who at times needed assistance..THE ENTIRE STAFF at our affair went above and beyond…some day we hope to be at an affair at the falkirk where we can enjoy the whole thing..not being the host/hostess..again…THANKS TO ALL–YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO!!!..THANKS AGAIN..ALAN & ELLEN SCHULDINER..

How do I even find the words to describe how amazing Falkirk is? My husband and I just got married there and for once in my life I am excited to write a review! When we first started looking at venues, our first tour was at Falkirk. We saw 6 venues in total and both knew that Falkirk was the place for us. We loved the indoor/outdoor component and Karen made us feel like she completely and totally cared about us from Day One. Throughout the entire planning process I always felt like I could rely on the Falkirk staff. The day of our wedding there was no rain in the forecast but 45 mins before our ceremony it started to rain. The team worked together to set up the inside (beautifully, I might add) just in case we had to move inside. Luckily, we were able to get our ceremony outside and nobody skipped a beat. I heavily relied on Michelle the day of and I can’t thank her enough. My nerves were so crazy that I didn’t even know what I needed..but Michelle did and she helped me stay calm and on track the entire day. Our guests keep raving about the food and the customer experience from every single staff member they encountered. I don’t think these words even justify how happy we were with our entire experience so I’ll end this with a big thank you to Karen, Michelle, tommy, Michael and everyone else who made our big day even better than we could’ve dreamed.
The Falkirk experience is magical! The venue itself is gorgeous – between the beautiful fountains, flowers blooming, horses in the barn, and a fabulous sunset… But what truly makes it special is the staff working there. From day 1, Karen and Tommy treated us like family, asking what would make the day a dream come true for us, and then executing to make that happen. Michael made sure both us and our parents had drinks all night, so we could just enjoy the moments, and Michelle helped me carry my dress during all the photos. Everyone we worked with, from setup to cleanup, was excited to help us in every way we needed. Our guests are still raving to us about the food (the famous Falkirk Chicken, Chateau Briand, Coconut Shrimp, Bacon wrapped Scallops, Lamp Chops, Oysters, etc.) and the unbelievable firework show. We would pick the venue and this team to work with, over and over. Thank you so much for the best day ever!

I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. From the first moment we visited to the wedding day we had nothing but complete confidence that Falkirk was the place for us. Every time we went to visit or emailed to ask the numerous questions we were made to feel important and special. Karen was a great event planner and helped us make our dream day come true, without all the stress. She was a dream to work with as well as everyone on the day of-Michelle, Peter, Will all the waitstaff and bartenders. Our guest can not stop raving about the food and how they all think they had the best waiter, which is probably true as they made every guest feel important. Top notch place that will make you feel important, special, heard and something your guest will remember. My husband and I hope someone we know has a wedding there so we can experience it again.
We couldn’t be happier with our wedding at Falkirk this past June. It took us a long time to find the perfect venue but as soon as we visited Falkirk we knew that we would get married there. The whole process before the wedding went smoothly and all our meetings with Tommy went great and we were more than prepared on the day of our wedding. All the little details we didn’t even think about were taken care of by the Falkirk team. Everyone was so helpful and made sure my husband and I, our family and guests were always taken care of. Even when we had issues with my dress bustle, the whole Falkirk team was helping out and even Tommy was literally on the floor trying to figure it out. The atmosphere, food and the whole Falkirk team was unbelievable. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the grounds were and how delicious the food was. We planned our wedding from 2000 miles away, and Karen was still able to walk us through every step like we were right there. She really made us feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of. The food was delicious and the service was unparalleled. The decorations were beautiful and the drinks were fantastic. The attention to detail in all aspects was stunning. The staff was kind, attentive, caring, and professional. Our guests raved about how amazing the wait staff was! We can’t even begin to express our gratitude towards the hardworking staff at Falkirk. Over 2 years ago we went on a search for the perfect venue. When we first walked in, we met Tommy (the director). He took us on a tour and we could not stop smiling. Not only was the place gorgeous but Tommy’s personality felt like we had known him for years. He is very hands on but in the best way. Tommy thinks of every last detail and makes sure all your concerns are taken care of, allowing you to really enjoy your day. We left, and actually went to see a few more places that we had already scheduled visits with but we could not get Falkirk out of our minds. So, we went back. Our wedding was June 14, 2019. During the entire planning process, we visited Falkirk many times. We do not live nearby… We just couldn’t help ourselves because we felt like they became our family and we just wanted to spend time there envisioning what our day would be like. However, we could never imagine how absolutely perfect it would end up being. We definitely did not have a traditional wedding. Tommy listened to all of our crazy ideas and requests and helped us execute them better than we ever could have imagined. Every time we would talk to him, we would have something else out of the ordinary to add and he would laugh and just make it work. Michelle was the bridal attendant for the day of the wedding. This woman is an ANGEL! She made sure that every detail was perfect. Her patience was out of this world. She had a way of telling our photographer to move it but remained respectful and sweet. She made sure every detail of the day was running on time and we were where we needed to be. Her and Tommy came out when we were taking a few pictures during cocktail hour to bring us some of the food on a golf cart.
Every guest at our wedding has told us how the venue was STUNNING. “How did you find this place?? It’s gorgeous!” They complemented the service. “Our server was the best server we have ever had in our lives”. The food was outstanding. We come from Italian families so our biggest concern is always, will there be enough food and will it taste great? Well, with Falkirk, you do not have to worry because it checks every box you can think of. I could talk about this place forever and probably will BUT to wrap this up, Falkirk and the beautiful people that work there, made our dreams come true. The team—and it is a team effort–at Falkirk were all wonderful. Our wedding involved quite a few moving parts and rather a large crowd, and they were all enormously helpful. Karen was patient, thoughtful, and did a great job of laying out options and explaining what tends to work best. Michael and Michelle were attentive all throughout the day-of. They were even kind enough to order a slightly hard to find beer to appease some beer snobs among us. Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue, the seamlessness of the experience, and the quality (and quantity!) of food. Overall, we could not recommend Falkirk highly enough.
We cannot say enough great things about Falkirk Estate and Country Club! Our wedding absolutely surpassed our expectations due to the sincerity, professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of ALL of the Falkirk staff. Karen, our event planner, was calming and helpful thought the entire process. She made sure the decorations were perfect and kept our timeline on point. We absolutely loved Karen and all that she did for us. Tommy, the general manager was there on the day of our wedding making sure we were happy and that the wedding was a success. Tommy made us feel like family. Michael, the Maitre D, was funny and friendly and went above and beyond making sure every detail was carried out as planned. Michelle, the bridal concierge, was an absolute delight. She was extremely helpful and attentive. She even helped me by tying the corset built into my gown. Michelle made sure we were well fed and always had a drink in our hands. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her?! Peter, the waiter assigned to my parents’ table, was awesome! He made sure my parents and their friends and family had whatever they wanted over and over again….they didn’t have to lift a finger. Peter, introduced himself to me, which I thought was very polite and sincere. He promised that our wedding would be everything we wanted and more. How right he was! We have to say, we heard from all of our guests that the service and food was outstanding! The facility itself is breathtaking from inside out. The outdoor landscape is a picture perfect view of what makes the Hudson Valley so special. The outdoor patio and ceremony area are impeccably manicured from the pavers, to the rock walls, waterfall and gazebos. It is a picturesque place. The cocktail hour room and pub as well as the Grand Ballroom have a very stately appearance. From the pristine floors, to the granite countertops, exquisite woodwork and detailed moldings, to the fireplace, mantle and chandeliers, everything is elegant and beautiful. I cannot thank Falkirk enough for making my dream wedding come true!

posted 08/23/2019 My husband and I got married Saturday, August 3, 2019. From start to finish, Falkirk Estate was professional, flexible, accessible, and compassionate. We originally booked the venue in October of 2017 and worked closely with Karen Corson who truly made the experience flawless. Karen answered every email almost immediately; she was personable and reliable. I felt I could trust her with everything! She made it a priority to know my family and what my husband and I wanted for our special day. Our cocktail hour was out of this world! Our guests are still raving about how much food was offered, the diversity of food, and the caliber of deliciousness. The wait-staff at Falkirk was second to none. From the cocktail hour through the reception, our guests drink orders were memorized, guests were catered to above the call of duty. As for the care of my husband and me, we felt like royalty. Michael, Michelle, and Dara kept us over the moon all night long. We have never had anyone treat us with such glamour in our lives! They made sure we were prepared for photographs, eating, drinking (they also memorized our drink orders), caught special moments on camera to send our way, and checked in with us all night. My favorite memory from Falkirk: they asked us to take a moment during cocktail hour to spend with just one another and newly weds. They sat us in the bridal suite, brought us every food from our cocktail hour (DELICIOUS!) and allowed us to enjoy part of the night as just us. Taking a moment to slow down and be in each other’s company made a difference to our total outlook of the night. During dinner they urged us to take a seat and assured us that we could eat whatever we wanted; and we ate everything! It’s been almost 3 weeks since our wedding and I’m still craving the striped bass. Thank you so much to every team member at Falkirk. You made our day the best day ever!
We just had our wedding at Falkirk the other night and there aren’t enough words to describe our experience! We had no complaints, the absolute best team taking care of us, and the most memorable night. Tommy is incredible and such a hard working man. From the beginning he was always so supportive and helpful and that carried on throughout our wedding planning till the end of our wedding night. We truly feel like he is family now and we will miss him so much! All of the guests couldn’t stop complimenting the grounds, food, staff, details and so much more! We were treated as if there was no one else in the world and made us feel so important and special on our big day. We had the most amazing experience and if I could do it all again I really wouldn’t change a thing.

I apologize for reaching out so late to you, but as you know we are in prime wedding season! Since our wedding back in May I have not been able to even catch my breath! I did want to reach out to you though, just to thank you and the amazing staff at Falkirk. My wedding day was nothing short of amazing. Every single person at my wedding was in awe. I keep getting compliments from everyone how it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and not to mention I have run into people I don’t even know and they are calling my wedding “The wedding of the century”. I also just have to compliment the professionalism of you and your staff the day of, not only were you all by my side making sure I was so happy and comfortable, but all of my guests said the exact same thing. Everyone raved how they have never experienced such impeccable service at a wedding in their entire lives. Not to mention ALL of the food was so amazing I want to come back just for dinner !! All in all I have not one thing to even slightly complain about, you guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will Be writing reviews on all wedding websites about this amazing venue and it’s amazing staff. We got married at falkirk this past weekend and it was nothing short of amazing . Karen worked with us throughout the process. You could tell she was invested in us and never pushed us to the side. The day of the wedding we worked a lot with Michael who treated us like royalty . We received so many compliments regarding the food which was an important factor to us . Everyone at falkirk add sure our day went smoothly . By the end of the night we had friends of ours mention they too would want to get married at falkirk!

From the minute we looked at Falkirk Estate, we knew that we wanted our special day to be at this beautiful venue. The grounds are beyond beautiful and the ballroom is just gorgeous. Our wedding day was nothing shy of perfect and every single person involved exceeded our expectations. Tommy, the general manager, went above and beyond from the minute we met him. He catered to our every need along the way. The event planner, Karen and the Maitre D, Michael, made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. Their dedication to making sure our day was perfect did not go unnoticed. And they both had a smile on their face through it all. I had no idea what a bridal concierge was until I met the most amazing, Michelle. Michelle treated me like a princess and I felt that she was my fairy godmother, seriously catering to me and every need. There is not enough good things to say about the food. If you leave a wedding at Falkirk, hungry… you’re doing something wrong. The food was delicious and there are more than enough options to please everybody. The wait staff was very attentive and were raved about by guests. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. We can both truly say that not one thing went wrong, and that is all thanks to the lovely staff at Falkirk. There is nothing we would change about our wedding day even if we wanted to. For the past month we have heard nothing but amazing things from our wedding guests. Many guests of all different ages raved that this was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you to Falkirk Estate and all of its staff for going above and beyond and making our wedding truly perfect.
We had my daughters wedding here and it was perfect in every way. Food, service and the ambiance cannot be beat! Staff treated us like royalty. Our vendors were amazing as well. We are still filled with pure joy and happiness thinking about our daughters wedding on 4/28/19. I cannot adequately express our gratitude to the entire management and staff at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. Karen, Tommy, and Michael made us feel like family. Karen helped with every aspect of planning. Peter and the entire waitstaff provided impecable service, going above and beyond our expectations. We looked at many, many venues during the intial planning stages, but the minute we stepped in, decision was made. It is beautiful and elegant with so many “little touches”, from the gorgeous piano, welcome sign, Bridal Suite, large ballroom, beautiful mantle and bar. The grounds are so pretty and even though the weather did not cooperate, we still have beautiful pictures. Finally….the Food: Absolutely Superb! Everything from the cocktail hour to the main entree; everything was delicious. Our family and friends could not stop talking about the entire experience from start to finish. The staff at Falkirk was EXCEPTIONAL in making my April wedding a huge success! It was one of the best decisions I made in terms of the entire wedding planning process.
Planning: Tommy and Karen helped me throughout the entire year of planning (and on the day of as well). They were always very accommodating to my needs and answered my questions promptly. They were able to accommodate any detail I knew I wanted, but also make suggestions for the ones that I was unsure about. I have great gratitude for them for making the process as easy as possible.
Appearance: When my (now) husband and I first visited the venue, we definitely were awed by the beauty of the grounds and fell in love with it. I remember staring out at the mountains in the background. The interior is elegant and the outside patio area is simple and picturesque. It rained when it was time for my ceremony and they transformed the fireplace area into the cutest coziest place to perform the ceremony.
Staff: The staff on the wedding day was definitely one of the best things about this place. They were overwhelmingly kind. Our parents were definitely looked after which we really appreciated. We were treated like royalty all day. We received so many compliments from our guests about how kind and courteous the staff was. Even my family and bridal party noted how organized everyone was while we were there hours before the ceremony.
Food: Great!! I know a lot of brides & grooms who say they somehow don’t get a chance to eat on their wedding day… not us. They made sure we weren’t hungry all day! Everything we put in our mouths was delicious.
Some other things I liked about this venue: – They only do one wedding per day – all the focus is on you. It’s also nice to have the whole place to just your group. – There are some other really nice areas to take pictures at, time-permitting, like a barn and a stone-house. Our pictures came out great. – Many people commented on how calm I was as a bride on the wedding day – that’s because I really didn’t have to think of anything because Falkirk took care of everything!
I am probably missing some things because there is so much to say, but I think I covered a big portion of it! Our wedding day was perfect. Thank you Falkirk for making that happen.
We hosted our daughter’s wedding at Falkirk on May 11, 2019. From our very first visit we knew this was going to be the venue. Not only is it beautiful and meticulously maintained, but the entire staff is so warm and welcoming and EXPERT at what they do. There will never be enough words to describe how PERFECT our wedding process/ day was! From the first meeting, to the final departure was incredibly easy, organized and filled with love. Summary: Falkirk was phenomenal in every way – I couldnt imagine having my wedding any other place. I would give a sixth star if I could.
I usually do not write reviews, even for venues that offer great service and exceed my expectations. I know that is not helpful or right, many places deserve to get honest feedback, but I usually just dont have the time to put in the effort. Falkirk was different – it is a pleasure for me to write this review.
1. Falkirk is extremely professional
~The process of planning a wedding is fairly intricate, but Falkirk was there for every need and displayed a unique sense of calm and diligence despite the pressure that comes with a wedding. ~Tommy and Karen are always available for questions and concerns – they draw from a wealth of experience and it shows in the execution of the wedding day. ~Everyone was well dressed, polished, and polite for all aspects of the wedding process. *The service of the wedding day is EXCEPTIONAL – from the wait staff, to the greeters, to the banquet director, to the bridal concierage – I can go on and on. Everyone was fantastic.
2. The property and grounds
~ The golf course is expansive. The waterfall is majestic. The dance-floor is huge. The view from the ballroom is to die for. Don’t even think you are going to find a nicer piece of property in the Hudson Valley Area.
3. Organization of the festivities
~ Tommy and Karen run a fantastic operation – it’s seamless. Nothing was late, nothing was messy, nothing was out of place. Everyone knew where to be to fill your every need. When you wanted water, they had it ready. When you wanted to rest, they were prepared. When you were hungry, food was waiting for you.
4. The Food
~Food was amazing – I didn’t get a chance to meet the Chef, but I wish I did – he or she must have been trained in a culinary institute. *I really wish they wrapped up a bunch of the appetizers we had to go – the scallops with bacon are insanely good (I dream of them sometimes) – The appetizers in general are the best of the best, I need someone else to get married at Falkirk so I can go back to enjoy the appetizers again. ~I need to find out what type of coffee they have – it was sublime, (I wish I got to finish it 🙁 …)
5. Tommy
~Tommy is truly fantastic at what he does. He has a great sense of humor, is genuinely caring, and will go above and beyond to make your day special. Much of the professionalism and care that we saw stems from his care and commitment.
6. Conclusion
~Stop wasting your time comparing venues and choose Falkirk – you will not be disappointed.
Since selecting Falkirk Estate and Country Club as our wedding venue, I have been blown away. This venue is stunning! From the very beginning, both Tommy and Karen are so hands on in the best way possible. They are there for you every step of the way throughout the entire planning process. I have never encountered more responsive and helpful people when it comes to a service related industry. The space itself is gorgeous. Our guests were so impressed with everything from the amazing cocktail hour space, outdoor patios, pub bar, to the reception room and down to the bathrooms this place has it all. When it came to our actual day, bridal concierge Michelle was literally a godsend. She made Michael and I feel so special and cared for. She helped with my dress, made sure our drinks were full, and constantly checked in to see if there was anything we needed. The entire staff was wonderful. Michael and I got time in the bridal suite with little helpings of every single food at our cocktail hour, which was such a nice touch. The entire team at Falkirk understands attention to detail, and goes above and beyond in delivering the best day of your life. I received many comments from my guests about how their individual servers at each table were so attentive. There are just too many good things to say about this venue, but I will leave with this..at a wedding of 155 people, we heard from multiple that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. From the first photo I saw of Falkirk Estate & Country Club, I knew they were my venue. Meeting Karen Corson and the Falkirk Team sealed the deal. From that moment through our entire wedding day, they went above and beyond for us and our guests. They took away the stress and worry, thinking of all the details that I didn’t.The venue is stunning – it’s classy and elegant – and the gardens are picturesque. We loved taking photos at the barn and stone house. It really captured the tone we wanted for the wedding.
The food was phenomenal – guests are still contacting me raving about the food and service. We didn’t want for anything! When we couldn’t make up our mind, Falkirk offered additions to our menu.

Our wedding turned out to be above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Falkirk has surpassed our every dream for our wedding day. My husband, Mike, and I got married at Falkirk on New Years Eve 2018. The pictures on the website don’t do justice, go visit Falkirk now! Trust me! The grounds are impeccable, a ton of photo opportunities in several spaces (the barn is my favorite), the cocktail hour and venue space is superb. Falkirk’s service is unbeatable, Michelle and Michael made our day stress free and fun. When we met Karen and Tommy it wasn’t like any other experience we had shopping around for venues. They were genuine, accommodating, straight shooters and answered our extensive list of questions we had throughout our engagement, graciously. And the food? You and your guests will talk about it for months! No corners were cut! Cocktail hour had our guests delighted and full. Their food fresh, with so many options to choose from and presentation is remarkable. The entire staff the day of treated my family like their own, in every way. Falkirk gave us the wedding of our dreams, a New Years our friends and family will forever remember and we can’t thank them enough!
My husband and I got married in October at Falkirk Estate. I don’t even know where to begin. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and everything that we wanted. My husband and I are from Long Island NY. We were tired of going to the same wedding venues over and over again for other weddings, so we decided to look on the knot. That is where we found Falkirk. Even though it was a 2 hr drive for us, we both fell in love with this venue. From the moment we sat down with Tommy and Karen to tour the venue we knew this was the place for us. One of the things we loved about Falkirk was the multiple places we were able to take photos. The scenery and grounds are stunning, breathtaking, and they can provide numerous locations for photo shoots.
Tommy is wonderful. He was very accommodating with our schedules and made us feel right at home. He answered all and any questions we had. Not being from around the area, we were unfamiliar with vendors, but Tommy was a huge help in planning everything. From hotel accommodations, to vendors, to a place to host a rehearsal dinner at, he knew it all!
Karen was a delight and also a huge help as well. Any questions we had, she was able to answer and accommodate us in a very efficient way. She took all of our requests and turned them into an amazing day.
We had a lot of decorations that we brought ourselves, and the entire Falkirk team was able to store and set up everything exactly the way we envisioned.
Our wedding day went smoothly and there were no hiccups. The staff took care of us all night long. We never had an empty glass and they made sure we were able to eat something throughout the busy night. The food was absolutely delicious. We can guarantee you that you will not find better food at any other catering venue. You will not be disappointed. The entire staff was wonderful and very attentive to us and took care of all our guests. Our guests could not say enough great things about the venue and servers. Multiple people came up to us during and after our day, and expressed how well the waiters and waitresses helped them in a fast and courteous way. Most of them going above and beyond to accommodate our guests.
We had a vision and the entire Falkirk team helped make our Halloween dream wedding come true. We can not thank Tommy, Karen, and all of the staff at Falkirk Estate enough for making our wedding the best day ever. They were all wonderful and we highly recommend this venue!

Friday night, September 28th, the staff at Falkirk made every single wedding dream of mine come true. From the moment we met Tommy and Karen 13 months ago even until today (2 days after our wedding), them and their staff – Michael, Michele, Will and everyone else went above and beyond to make our wedding the most incredible day of our lives. For the past year, people told us that something will go wrong on your wedding day and to try not to sweat the small stuff. Well thanks to Tommy, Karen and company… not one thing went wrong, and if I did, we had no idea. They are the truest professionals we have ever met. My fiancé and I both worth in the music and entertainment industry and we work on a lot of events and with a ton of vendors. We thought we had seen it all when it comes to events but no one compares to the staff at Falkirk. I had extremely high expectations for my wedding and Falkirk exceeding every single one of them. Every thing was exceptional – the food, the service, the decor… even the table numbers. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding. The staff at Falkirk didn’t treat us like a client, they treated us like family. And they treated us like we were the only ones getting married. All 250 guests of ours can’t stop raving about the food, service and details of our wedding venue. Thank you so much Tommy, Karen, Michael, Will and Michele for making our dream wedding come true. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Falkirk for exceeding our expectations on our special day. Tommy, Karen, Michelle, Michael and the rest of the staff, we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the work and expertise you put into making our wedding day truly special. We received so many compliments saying the staff was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was incredible, and we could not agree more! It was really great to hear our guest express to us and the staff that it was one of the best weddings and venues they’ve been to! The staff made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy the food, cocktail hour, etc. and that is important because the day does go by so fast (so I can understand how brides say they didn’t have time to eat) But not at Falkirk, they make sure you do! We were so happy we were able to eat EVERYTHING our guests did. The staff put together a nice display of cocktail hour food for us in the bridal suite so we had our moment alone together before we headed down to cocktail hour to see our guests for the first time. Every table had their own wait staff. Nobody had to get up and get a drink, and their drinks were NEVER empty. Our parents were treated exceptional and had their own wait staff as well. Although it was a little cold out, our guest were still able to enjoy the outside from the heaters that was provided. The detail from the outside lights, to the table settings, was perfect and it was everything I envisioned since I was a little girl dreaming of my wedding day! Falkirk was the ONLY venue we went to see, and that was because as soon as we walked in, met Tommy, Karen, and Michael, and saw the venue, we knew this was the place! During the planning process, we were able to contact Tommy and always get in touch with him. Tommy always made me feel like I was special and not just another bride asking a million and one questions. He took his time and answering every single question, satisfying every need and gave advise when needed. Everything went so smooth from beginning to end. Thank you so much Falkirk for building these amazing memories for Kevin & I to share. We are so happy and grateful we picked you as a venue!
posted 11/07/2018 Falkirk was the first stop when we went venue shopping and from the minute we entered the door and met Tommy, we knew this place was where we wanted to get married. From the amazing decor, dance floor, the mountain views , and where the ceremony took place, we absolutely fell in love. We picked the right place and it did not disappoint. Tommy, Karen C, Karen S, Michelle, Will, the waitstaff, bartenders, and everyone that helped us on our wedding day and night were absolutely outstanding!! We can’t even express into words how thankful and appreciative and how helpful and friendly everyone was. Tommy made us feel like family and definitely knows how to run the place! He was great to work with from start to finish! We spent the most time with Karen and Michelle the day and night of our wedding and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for myself and Ray. My husband and I went to 7 different venues and had it narrowed down to 2. I then found Falkirk in The Knot magazine and we made an appointment immediately. The second we walked in we fell in love. The venue, atmosphere, and staff was amazing. We met Karen and Tommy that day and we knew the second we left that we wanted our Big day to be at Falkirk. I worked with Karen via email and she was so helpful and accommodating with what our wants and needs were. She was also very patient with all of the emailing back and forth. The big day arrived and it was raining yet I had no fear or worry at all. In fact, I didnt even think about the rain because they had everything under control. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it. My bridal concierge, Karen, was awesome. She was there for every step of the way and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. She made me feel so comfortable. Michael was also amazing. He made sure our day ran smoothly and made sure everything was in order. The specific things we wanted done he made sure got done on time. We can not thank Falkirk enough for all the did to make our big day so special.all of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how quick the staff was. Our wedding was talked about for weeks after! Thank you so much for making our day so perfect! Thank you for going above and beyond for us and our guests. A fabulous country club and golf. Attended a wedding ceremony and celebration there and everything was top-shelf. The interior is well appointed and classically decorated. The help is classically trained and the servers are take their jobs seriously. It was nice to be in this environment.
I’m not quite sure where to start describing my exceptional experience at Falkirk Estate. Upon arrival the venue is beautiful. I am a handicapped person and use a walker. The accommodation and attention I was given went above and beyond… So let’s talk a little bit about the impeccable service given to everyone at the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to. The staff was AMAZING. Shout out to Peter, Heather, Desiree, and Nancy for making my night beyond enjoyable. This wedding went so smoothly… There were contagious smiles on everyone’s face, everyone was having such a good time. And the food… Wow… For lack of better words… So delicious, and that’s an understatement. If you’re looking for an outstanding venue… This is the definitely the place to go. Thank you again to the staff for such a wonderful time!!!
My sister got married at Falkirk on September 28. There are no words for how amazing the entire staff was throughout the night. The venue itself is beautiful, the food at the cocktail hour as well as dinner was exceptional. The staff treated my sister like a princess the entire night, and treated my whole family exceptionally well. Peter was our waiter and the service he provided was beyond exceptional. My immediate and extended family cannot say enough good things about the experience at Falkirk. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My daughter Shannon got married at Falkirk on September 23, 2018. From the minute we booked her wedding to the day of the wedding itself, we were beyond impressed with all they had to offer. Karen is amazing and was always there with any little question I had. Tommy is the best and also good at sewing (a small repair of the bride’s dress was needed). Peter was the most incredible waiter for the head table, as was the rest of the staff. Every single thing was perfect from beginning to end! Shannon is also a former employee and Falkirk has always been her dream place to get married. It’s just the perfect place for a wedding. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!
We recently celebrated our wedding at the Falkirk Estate & Country Club on 10/5/18. Our relationship with this venue began about 18 months ago when we first contacted Tommy about touring the venue. Our schedules were easily accommodated and the second we sat down to speak with Tommy we were sold (even though we told each other we would check out a few other places). Throughout the planning process Tommy was there for us every step up the way. We’re from Long Island, so once we booked Tommy made sure to tell us about the preferred vendors expo. We booked all preferred vendors and could not have been happier with our choices. He gave us honest and unbiased advice throughout our entire planning process and I cannot count how many times I e-mailed Tommy with random bride questions, which he answered promptly each and every time. He was truly our guiding light throughout the entire planning process. As for the day of, everything went so smoothly, I almost found myself waiting for disaster to strike, which it never did. Michael, Karen, Michelle, Peter, and the entire team at Falkirk made sure we were happy and comfortable the entire day and night. Our guests made multiple comments to us before and after our event regarding how professional and wonderful the staff was and how they felt completely taken care of. Nobody’s drinks were ever empty (a very important thing for our guests) and the food and service were, in short, impeccable. In all honesty, if you are on the fence about booking this venue, you are a fool. Many of our guests, who are from Long Island, told us that after attending our wedding they understood why we booked a venue almost 2 hours away from home (due to the grounds, views, service, etc). Even after our event, we feel a connection to this venue and are so happy that we decided to host our wedding at this amazing and impressive space.
From our first visit to Falkirk Estate and Country Club and our meeting with Manager Tommy Spinelli, we knew that this venue was where we wanted to get married and celebrate our wedding. We were not disappointed! Tommy, Michael, Michelle, Will, and Karen took care of every detail to make our first look, ceremony, and reception a day we and our parents will always remember! No detail was forgotten; no request was unfulfilled. Tommy and his staff were attentive, accommodating, and flexible and truly went above and beyond to give us an elegant wedding with a beautiful environment and superior food. We met with Karen and she was a blessing to work with from the very start. She coordinated our wedding from start to finish. As we were planning the details, she threw in lots of extra cocktail food options at no extra cost. She took the time to get to know us both and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with every detail. The day of our wedding on Sunday, September 2, 2018, everything ran extremely smoothly. From our first look in their rustic barn, the ceremony on site and the reception in their ballroom, everything turned out perfect just the way we wanted it too. Falkirk’s staff worked hard the whole day; their servers were phenomenal, Michelle (our bridal concierge) was amazing, Michael (maitre’d) was fantastic and the bartenders made delicious drinks. All the staff made sure that not just my husband and I were well taken care of but our families, wedding party and all our guests were having a great time, as well. Being a wedding planner and being invited to a wedding, I am always very opinionated about venues. This venue was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious (and there was plenty of it), the cocktail hour itself was enough to keep you full for hours, the outdoor part of the venue was so relaxing with the waterfall and greenery, the ballroom was gorgeous and the staff, especially our server Izzie and the matradee, both were so gracious and constantly made sure all the guests were taken care of! This place is like a dream!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Falkirk!!! My husband and I got married here on August 25, 2018, & we had the perfect wedding!! We found Falkirk on The Knot. We had never heard of it before, which is what my husband & I were looking for. Living in the Long Island, NY area, you hear/go to the same venues over and over, and we knew we wanted something different. We were eager getting to our 1st appointment as the pictures alone had us excited. You pull up to what looks like an average country club in the front, but you walk into a beautiful entryway and continue into the grand ballroom where you are in complete awe of the floor to ceiling windows that look out on not just the Ramapo mountains, but Falkirk’s meticulously groomed grounds. The gazebos, golf course, waterfall, flowers – it’s all stunning!! The ballroom was the simple elegance we were searching for. We had seen a few gaudy/over the top venues prior to Falkirk, so walking into this building was such a breath of fresh air, & exactly what we were looking for! We met with Karen, who was our sales contact throughout the whole planning process. Karen was an absolute DREAM to work with! She answered every single question I had & responded to every email in such a timely manner. She even threw in some extra cocktail hour items at no additional cost. The staff is nothing short of amazing! Karen was with us at our rehearsal the day before, & all day/night at our wedding. Her, Karen (the maitre’d) and Michelle (the bridal attendant) were on top of everything the day of! Maitre’d Karen was helping me with my bouquet & dress train while taking pictures, & making sure my husband and I had both a drink and bottled water. I mentioned that Prosecco is my favorite & my girls & I walked into the bridal suite with 2 bottles on ice and glasses for everyone. Michelle put my veil in securely & bustled my dress in the bridal suite after the ceremony. The weather was literally perfect, so we were able to have our ceremony outside at the white gazebo like we had pictured the second we saw it. The staff brought my husband & I up to the bridal suite alone for a few minutes before going downstairs to the rush of cocktail hour. They had cocktails & platters upon platters of our cocktail hour food for us to enjoy. I’ve had multiple wedding guests say the wait staff was amazing & very attentive. They kept refilling everyone’s drinks & folding their napkins every time they stepped away from the table. Michelle made sure my husband & I had a drink all night, & brought us back to our sweetheart table for us to enjoy our video montage. Upon the very sad moment of leaving your wedding, the staff had everything all packed up & ready for us to take home: our bathroom baskets, family pictures that were on the fireplace mantle all night, extra menus/favors, extra ballet flats we provided guests, leftover food, our top layer of our cake, etc. And lastly, if not most important…. we had a night-before-the-wedding request of 400 White Castle sliders to be served as part of our departure station. Karen and Falkirk made it happen!!! In fact, the director of Falkirk was the one who picked them up for us the day of. This place is truly amazing, I would recommend it over and over. In fact, so many people the next morning asked us how we found it, as they all raved about the staff, food, grounds, etc. Our best decision was choosing Falkirk!! :-

You see your property creates dreams into realities of huge magnitude in the Universe …
There is no “job” there … it was the ultimate in service and details .., Our guests came from all over the US California, Nevada, Washington state, Washington DC, Ohio to name a few…. they are still raving

The Falkirk Estate went up and beyond our expectations. Our day was so amazingly special because of their efforts. The waitstaff went up and above for all of our guests. The care to detail and making our family and friends feel special was amazing. I can’t speak highly enough for this venue. We heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests. From the service, the food, the scenery. Everything was perfect. Karen was truly amazing at ensuring all details were ready to go. We felt very confident she had all the details perfect. Michael went up and beyond to ensure everything went so smoothly. We didn’t have a care in the wold about where we needed to be or what we needed to be doing because he took care of everything. He truly was outstanding!! I can’t speak well enough about Michelle. She ensure I had everything I needed. She was like having a second made of honor caring about everything from ensuring my purse and shoes got to where they needed to be to helping bustle my dress. If you are looking for the wedding you’ve imagined since you were young, pick the Falkirk! I truly couldn’t have asked for anything more from them. I can honestly say, we did not have 1 complaint. Everything was picture perfect.

The Falkirk property and staff are outstanding! If there was another word for beyond outstanding …. I would use that word to describe the whole experience! Karen helped us plan our wedding down to every last detail. She was easy to work with, reliable, hard working, organized and friendly . She was attentive the whole way through the process of planning the wedding at Falkirk. We decided to give away apple pie moonshine and Karen helped us carry 210 mason jars into the walk in fridge so they couls stay cold. She goes above and beyond her job and is just absolutely remarkable. I was confident that our wedding day was going to run smoothly because of her and it did! As soon as we got to the estate, the staff was waiting outside of the building welcoming us. I was greeted by the bridal attendant Michelle. The staff at Falkirk congratulated us and were super helpful. They helped us get everything off the bus and helped us settle in. They showed us the banquet room and it was absolutely perfect. They had everything in place and the room was stunning with the beautiful full length windows overlooking the golf course. It was just everything I had hoped for. Michelle the bridal attendant was superior. She held my dress from getting wet.. she even held my dress in the barn stahl while crouching down so I could get the picture. I mean that is legit dedication! We never had an empty drink.. because she refilled them constantly. I could not thank the staff enough for making our wedding day so beautiful. My relatives are still raving about the lamb chops, duck, cocktail hour, service, chatuebriand,… pretty much everything! They were impressed with the service and couldn’t believe they never had to get up from the table to get a drink at the bar. Our families drink a lot to… so that is seriously impressive! I would recommend this venue to anyone. I hope someone else in our family has a wedding here so we can go and enjoy the experience again! Thank you Falkirk, you are absolutely amazing! When it came to the planning process, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On wedding day, Michelle (Bridal Concierge), made sure we had everything we needed at every moment thought the day. From making sure we were where we needed to be on time, to making sure our drinks were always full. The food was excellent, highly recommend the Chateaubriand entree. We got married in November, and leading up to our date weren’t sure if we’d be able to have the ceremony outside. But come day of the wedding, the weather was warmer than expected and they set up the ceremony outside and inside so we were able to make a game time decision— and we went outside and were SO happy we were able to do so! All of our guests made a point to tell us that the waitstaff was extremely attentive and friendly. This all would not be possible without the help of Karen (Event Planner) and Tommy (General Manager). They gave such great suggestions leading up to our big day and made sure every detail was covered. Their knowledge of the industry and their genuine interest in making sure that our day was perfect really showed, we couldn’t have done it without them. It truly is hard for me to put into words, and say all I want to say about Falkirk, in one post, but words that immediately come to mind are “perect,” stress-free,” “outstanding,” and the list goes on and on. From the moment we walked into Falkirk on our first visit, to the moment we left after our wedding night, Tommy and all the staff at Falkirk were always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our every need. We planned our wedding for about a year and a half, and Tommy and Karen were by our side each step of the way. Tommy was always there when we needed him, and always kept great communication. He made us feel comfortable, and always gave the best advice. They really cared about what we wanted, and made sure our dream wedding would come true. My husband and I were able to get married at Falkirk on 11/3/17. It has been a month and we cannot stop thinking about how perfect the day was. We still have guests calling to tell us that it was seriously the best wedding they had ever attended. They cannot stop raving about the food, the grounds, the facility, the service, and all the wait staff! You can really feel the positive energy and team atmosphere that Falkirk has. Will, the banquet director, made sure everything was so beautiful and perfect. He made sure that we were able to walk around the ballroom, without all the guests, once it was all setup, and take it all in. That moment meant so much to me, and I am happy I was able to see how beautiful everything turned out. Michael, our Maitre D, was phenomenal and was so fun to have by our side. Our family and bridal party even kept commenting on how stress free they felt, and how everything was running so smoothly and in place. My husband and I felt the exact same way. Michael attended to our every need and helped make the day so stress free! He made sure I was having a good time, and even helped with small gestures like running to get my chapstick and bandaids, and even helped change my shoes. I didn’t have to think about a thing! Michelle, our bridal concierge, did the exact same thing. She catered to my every need and helped walk me through the wedding day, and was personable and helped me to stay calm, stress free, and focus on enjoying every moment of our wedding. The wait staff, bartenders, and every person a part of our day were outstanding. Glasses were never empty, food was always in sight, and every need was taken care of. Guests even commented how, during cocktail hour, wait staff recognized certain foods they liked, and kept coming back to bring them more and make sure they were satisfied. There was even a slight concern of a light drizzle, before our ceremony was supposed to start, but that was not even a worry in our minds! Tommy and the entire team made sure they made every effort to have both the inside and outside ceremony area set up and ready to go. Thankfully the rain passed at the last minute, and we were able to have our ceremony outside, thanks to the help of our Falkirk team! We got married in July and are still dreaming about our wedding day at a perfect venue! The staff was amazing especially Karen and Michelle. It’s hard to know where to start since everything from our first visit to the end of the reception was amazing! My hubby and I had our AMAZING wedding reception at Falkirk 9/23/2017 and all we can say is WOW. From the moment we walked through the front door for our first visit at Falkirk we knew this was the place we were going to celebrate our best day ever! Karen met us and toured us through the venue. She was absolutely amazing from answering all of our initial question right to the last minute day of emails! Tommy, the manager, is literally the wedding whisperer! We sat down with him and he was so welcoming and personable. He has been doing wedding for a long time and there is no question why, he knows his stuff! From choosing a date right through picking desserts Tommy was there to guide us through the daunting process of planning a party for an expected 300 guests! The last few days before the wedding Tommy met us with all of our extra decorations, menus, seating cards and the rest of the little extras and went over every last detail! He was so thorough and attentive to everything my hubby and I wanted. The day of the wedding when we arrived at Falkirk we were greated by Tommy, Karen, and Michelle (bridal concierge). They escorted us off of the party bus and immediately made sure that we had all of the foods from the cocktail hour in the bridal suite! Michelle was wonderful going over what to expect for the evening and whatnot. After some bridal party photos on the BREATHTAKING grounds at Falkirk we were taken to the barn area for some pictures with just my hubby and I. This area provided for some of the most amazing photos from our day! After finishing us at the barn Michelle made sure we had some more to eat from the cocktail hour before going down to meet with our guests. Tommy met us in the bridal suite before we joined the cocktail hour and BUSTLED MY DRESS! I mean let’s talk full service, the MANAGER was able to, in a split second, bustle my asymmetrical ball gown that took about four women a handful of dress fitting to figure out! After cocktail hour the reception started and from the moment the ballroom doors opened until the very last guest was out the front door the service was IMPECCABLE! Every single guest at the wedding could not give the wait staff enough praise. They were attentive and made sure that not one guest had to wait at the bar for drinks ALL NIGHT! I can’t even count the compliments on the food! My family knows food (we even have a chef in the family) and EVERYONE was wowed by the food! Our families are still talking about the food the service and everything in between! We are actually looking for a reason to go back and have another party at the venue because of how amazing everything was! We cannot thank Tommy and the rest of the Falkirk staff for literally making all of our wedding day so enjoyable from start to finish! It’s hard to find words for how amazing our wedding day was at Falkirk. It was magical from beginning to end. Everyone told me to expect things to go wrong- but nothing did! The staff at Falkirk exceeded our expectations in every way at making sure our day was perfect. We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests about the incredible service, ambiance, and food (even from the pickiest of eaters)! I actually got teary eyed when I walked into the reception space and saw how beautifully they had set up the room, and the staff made sure my husband and I took time to enjoy the delicious food and drinks throughout the night. We’re still talking about how pampered we felt (and our guests felt the same way)! It seemed like anything we could possibly need was provided before we even knew to ask for it. Where can do I being? From the moment my fiancé (now husband) and I stepped foot into Falkirk, we knew it was something special. Not Only are the grounds and ballroom gorgeous, Tommy , the general manager made us feel comfortable and right at home.
Our wedding day was on 11/05/17. We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate with us that day… and to be honest, it didn’t even matter. We ended up having the ceremony indoors by their fireplace which was beautifully decorated with flowers, candles, and picture frames of us. It truly was intimate and that much more special.
From beginning to end, Tommy and his staff including Karen ,Will, Michael, and Michelle to name a few couldn’t have been more attentive. They made sure everything ran as smooth as possible and even helped me when I was having trouble with my shoes lol The list goes on!
As for dinner, everything was delicious and we had multiple people coming up to us to let us know how much they enjoyed everything. We also appreciated that there was always a drink waiting for us once we finished the one in our hand!
We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple thats getting married. In fact, we already started to tell some of our friends that are close to getting engaged. We would love to be a guest to a wedding at Falkirk one day…
My son and daughter in law just got married here last weekend and we’re still in a euphoric state! It was simply beautiful!! The food and attentiveness was amazing. We were all treated like royalty. Our guests were so impressed with the spaciousness and elegance. And the cocktail hour and dinner was beyond delicious!! People could not stop complimenting! We got married on July 15th, 2017. We could not be happier with the staff at The Falkirk! They took care of us to no end. There was one server per table. Our guests complimented us so much on the service they received and how beautiful everything was. They also made our parents feel extra special by the level of service that was provided to them. Karen was the coordinator at the Falkirk and she worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to ensure everything went as planned. She was on top of every detail, was always very pleasant and responsive. My wife’s bridal attendant, Michelle, took very good care of her from bustling the gown to making sure she ate, etc. Michael was our Maitre’D and he was awesome! He was like one of my groomsmen. Everything was very well coordinated and I must repeat again, the service was outstanding!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Even until the very end, they brought our gifts, etc. to our car and the rest of our things, like the cake cutting knife set, family photos, etc. They just thought of everything. Combine this excellent service with how beautiful the place is and the fact that you have the entire place for yourself, and you have an unforgettable experience with memories for years to come. For a lot of weddings, you expect the Bride and Groom ( most times the parents) to be treated like royalty. The staff treated every guest just as well as us! It is wonderful to hear from our guests how above and beyond the staff went to ensure their comfort.
Ken is the BEST and was with us during our entire 2 year engagement. I could not have asked for a more organized and just phenomenal person to help mold and shape , and most importantly help manage the perfect wedding. She guided us through every detail, and made sure that the communications back to us were just as thorough. She is the reason that our day went off without a single hitch.
Day of coordination, Mike (Maitre’d) and Michelle ( Bridal Concierge) were so on point. From making sure the rehearsal runs smoothly, to running out and making sure the right types of non-alcoholic beers were purchased, to keeping epi-pens available for those with allergies, everything was covered – which means we never had to think about it. MOST importantly, they made sure we were fed!
We also had our ceremony on site, and it was beautiful! Spacious enough to fit our 140 guests comfortably, and SUCH amazing locations for photos outside of the (utterly gorgeous) waterfall. Michelle took us around on a golf cart through the course to get pictures of us at bridges, sitting areas, and through a variety of overlooks.
If we could do it all again, we would have just picked Falkirk SOONER!
My husband and I got married on 10/7/2017 and it was everything we could have imagined! Through the whole planning process all the employees at Falkirk Estate made it nothing but enjoyable, especially Karen. From her prompt emails to her tips to her overall professionalism and kindness she was just so wonderful. No words can express our delight with her. On the day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch. Michelle (bridal concierge ) made sure my husband and I were taken care of in every way, shape and form. Anything we wanted, we didn’t even need to ask for because Michelle was already on it. It has now been 5 days since we got married and we are still getting phone calls and praises on how amazing the venue, food, service and overall experience was. All I can say to Falkirk Estate and Country Club is thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives and we would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!!!

We met with Tommy for our initial tour and left knowing that we had found our dream venue. It had everything we wanted- beautiful grounds, indoor/outdoor space, large ballroom and amazing staff. We got married a month ago and we are still hearing how much fun our wedding was in large part because of Falkirk and the amazing people that work there!! The food is out of this world! The staff is extremely attentive- each table has their own server who is amazing. There was no waiting for drinks and at an Irish wedding, that is important! It really is worth every penny because you know that you are in great hands and that the food and service will be stellar. We were married on 8/25/17 and there are not enough words to express how wonderful and amazing Falkirk is. The staff made every step of the wedding process, from booking the date to walking down the aisle, so easy and comfortable. Karen was a god send and made the planning process so easy and stress less! She was there for us every step of the way. Our minds were made up the instant that we walked in that our wedding ceremony and reception would be there. The scenery outside, the cocktail hour space, and the reception space were all beautiful. Everything was done perfectly on the day of our wedding to the point where guests kept coming up to us and telling us how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The wait staff makes every table feel like a VIP and is very conscious of all guests. We had a few food allergies and the wait staff was great with accommodating those guests and making sure they received the correct foods. The maître d, Michael and bridal concierge, Michelle were so organized and aware of where my husband and I were at all times and made sure we knew what would be happening next. Their kindness, calmness, and humor played a big part in our day. They were both great to work with. A big bonus was that they made sure we had time to eat at cocktail hour and at the reception. Guests have been reaching out to us non-stop to rave about the food, service, and the venue views. Another thing that we loved about Falkirk is all the different options for our pictures. From the barn for our first look, the stone house, and the waterfall, we were able to get pictures everywhere! I am especially looking forward to seeing the pictures from the night with the waterfall all lit up! We had the most perfect wedding day at Falkirk! I would recommend Falkirk a million times over!!

Paul and Maggie said… Our daughter’s wedding was on 8/25/17 at Falkirk Estates. The Ceremony and Reception were beautiful. From our first visit to the day of the wedding we had nothing but a pleasant experience. Karen, Tommy, Michael and Michelle were like family. There is nothing that we would change. Our guests keep telling us that the meal and attention from the wait staff was outstanding. No one had to go up to the bar because each table had their own wait staff and they remembered everyone’s drink request and kept bringing them new drinks. We have also received many compliments on the food served at the cocktail hour and reception. Service was first rate. The venue itself is beautiful. The gardens are beautiful. Our daughter had an outside ceremony and because of the beautiful garden flowers we did not have to add to them. She had pictures taken at the Barn, Stone House and Waterfall. In the evening she also had pictures at the Waterfall and Gazebo, which were all lit up. We can’t stop talking about how wonderful Falkirk is and what a wonderful time was experienced by all. Truly this is a venue that you should consider for your special day.

There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing and beautiful Falkirk is. Not only are the grounds impeccable, but the staff is the most professional, top notch, efficient team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Karen and Tommy made me feel comfortable from day 1, she understood my style immediately, answered any questions ASAP, and her follow up skills are excellent. Their level of service and attention to detail sets them apart from any other venue. There was nothing they could not handle (they think of everything); I was not stressed in the least because I knew they would make sure everything was seamless. Tommy even fixed some wardrobe malfunctions! Our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but due to the rain, had to be moved inside. Their contingency plan was so wonderful that the rain had no effect on us whatsoever. The entire night Michael and Michele went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of, as well as our families and bridal party. From making sure we always had drinks in our hands and had time to eat, to stashing my flip flops under the table so I could get into comfy shoes. They made us feel so incredibly special!! And all the food was so delicious, all our guests were raving about it!! Falkirk’s team is truly the dream team you need on your side, especially on such a monumental day.

This place is everything! Do not look any further for a wedding venue! I found Falkirk on wedding wire and the reviews were amazing. Especially, when it came to talking about the food! So, my husband and I (then fiance of course), decided to visit. The moment we walked in, we knew this was where we wanted our wedding. However, we didn’t want to rush into anything, (even though we knew there wasn’t a better place), so we checked out a few other venues. Nothing compared to Falkirk!! The grounds are beautiful! It is so clean and immaculate, we felt like royalty walking into that place 😀
Karen, our coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She kept us on a timeline to make sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She brought up so many details, that we as newlyweds, never would have thought of.
Our wedding was early April, so the weather could have gone either way. Falkirk has a gorgeous waterfall that flows once the weather warms up. Weeks leading up to our special day, it snowed! A lot! The week of, it rained a ton washing away most of the snow, but Karen had made us aware that the waterfall might not be up and running in time for our wedding. We were ok with that since, Falkirk looked beautiful anyway. But somehow, 2 days before, they got it done! The waterfall was a big hit and our guests loved it. The moral of that story, was the incredible effort that Falkirk puts in to making your day a magical one. Every single staff member makes you feel like family, and that was what helped make our wedding day the absolute best day of our lives. It was 2 months ago, and we are already trying to get every engaged couple we know to have their wedding there so we can go back! It is that amazing! And yes, the food is a big hit! Falkirk Estate and Country Club is an amazing wedding venue with a phenomenal staff and if we had to do our wedding over, we would not change a thing! Our experience started with a quick phone call to request some information and Nina was so helpful, a great first impression. We came in for a viewing and met with Tommy who showed us around and answered any and all questions we had, as well as provided information we wouldn’t have even thought about asking for. We could tell from the beginning that each member of the staff at Falkirk knew what they were doing, took pride in what they did and would take very good care of us. We visited a few more places that week, but we felt that they really didn’t even come close to Falkirk. We promptly called to book our wedding for the following June. During the lead-up to our wedding we mostly worked with Tommy preparing everything for the wedding day. He is incredibly talented at what he does and we had no problem putting our trust in him.
As our wedding day approached and our schedules became hectic, everyone at the Falkirk remained flexible. We met with Karen for our final appointment and it was as if she had been with us every step of the way. She knew everything about us and our day and didn’t miss a beat. That was more than appreciated and kept us excited for our upcoming day. The day of our rehearsal we met Michael, our maître d, and Michelle, my bridal concierge. They made us feel totally comfortable and at ease during every phase of the day. As with anything, there are things you can’t control – and for us, it was the weather. The morning of our wedding started out overcast and by the time we had to take our photos, it was raining – hard. Michelle was absolutely amazing, making sure I and my dress remained dry during the pictures. She was soaked, but my hair, makeup and dress were dry.
Our ceremony was scheduled for a 5 pm start. My bridal party and DJ had run through a practice “inside” ceremony. It was 4:25 and Michael came in and asked if I needed anything. I looked outside, the sun was shining, the birds were chirping and I asked if we could go outside. Within 5 minutes, Michael was back and said we were going outside. There was not one gust who did not tell me how impressed they were by the Falkirk staff. Each and every person was outside drying off chairs and making sure that my guests would be comfortable and I would be able to take advantage of the beautiful ceremony location offered by the Falkirk. And when I say every staff member, I mean it. I have a picture of Tommy, the general manager, carrying ceremony cards out to where they needed to be for the ceremony. Our ceremony was beautiful, our cocktail hour was amazing and full of food. Our reception was exactly what we wanted, a fun party celebrating us and everyone who was there supporting us. The food was beyond comparison. The quality and selection were unbelievable. Each member of the wait staff was efficient, professional and no one at our wedding had a single negative thing to say. In fact, we heard from multiple people, including our oldest guest, that it was THE BEST wedding they had ever been to and I have to agree.
A humble and heartfelt thank you to Falkirk Estate and Country Club, to Tommy, Karen, Michael, Michelle, Will and each staff member for helping to create a day we will never forget. If you have any doubt that they won’t be able to accommodate unusual requests or unique circumstances, they really can. Our son was just a few weeks old when we went to our viewing, he came to each event, including the tasting, and because he wasn’t walking, we had a remote-control power-wheels car for him and his cousin to drive down the aisle in as our ring bearers. All little logistics and speedbumps were handled easily and professionally. Falkirk left no stone unturned and fully accommodated us. We celebrated my nephew’s wedding this weekend on July 3rd. The wedding day itself was sunny and beautiful! Your grounds are so perfectly manicured. When we were ushered to the ballroom, I loved how beautifully it was decorated. More importantly the food served was all delicious and the service was impeccable! I am not a person who is easily impressed and there was not a thing I would’ve changed. I have been through the wedding planning stage with both my son and my daughter (each having wonderful weddings as well. One in LI the other in NJ were we reside). So for anyone reading my review…..The Falkirk Estate and Country Club is a definitely a venue to consider for your big day. Everything was top quality and it was a wonderful event�

Falkirk was amazing! We got married on April 22, 2017. My husband and I were having a hard time finding a venue for our reception. We were looking for a venue that was 1 wedding at a time with beautiful grounds. We had looked at close to 15 places but none of them felt right for us. They felt more like wedding party factories. Our DJ, Teddy from Le Grand Entertainment recommended Falkirk Estate to us and we’re so happy he did. We can’t say enough good things about the place. All of our guests keep telling us how amazing our wedding was, truly one of the best, and how great Falkirk was. We worked closely with Tommy and Karen from day 1 and they made us feel special the entire time during the wedding planning process. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and professional. We loved having Michael as our maitre d. He was extremely attentive to details and we really appreciated it. He even helped us with our dance routine prior stepping out into the ballroom for our first dance. The entire staff was amazing. The food was out of this world! Definitely the perfect venue for us and we highly recommend it.

Where do I begin…My husband and I were married at The Falkirk Estate on 10/15/16. First off the Falkirk team is phenomenal. From the moment we stepped on the property during our first visit through to the end of our last dance, the team consistently went above and beyond. Tommy, Karen, Michael, Michele and team will coach you through every step of the way to planning your ideal special day so much so that it feels like you are the only wedding they are planning. All of our guests had an amazing time and are still raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The grounds are immaculate at all seasons throughout the year. Posted March 4, 2017….. One word: Phenomenal! The staff at Falkirk is unparalleled and so is the venue. We got married on February 4, 2017 and had our reception at Falkirk. The day was absolutely perfect. Tommy was a true pleasure to work with as he helped us plan our wedding reception every step of the way. Karen was always there for us with a smile on her face offering her assistance and support. Will, Michael and Michelle were incredibly attentive and absolute professionals. We continue to have guests comment on how the staff at Falkirk is unlike any they’ve encountered at a wedding before. We even had guests telling us how well they hit it off with the waiter/waitress for their tables. Even our florist made it a point to let us know that- from the kitchen staff to the manager- they had never met a nicer staff at a venue. Another comment we continue to receive from guests is how delicious the food was. Many have told us that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! Guests loved that they never had to wait in line at the bar and many said that they never even went to the bar because the waitstaff was so attentive. The grounds are absoluately stunning and immaculately kept. We loved being able to take pictures by the barn and then have our cocktail hour and reception in ballrooms that overlooked the golf course and mountains. If you’re looking for a professional staff and stunning venue, then look no further. They have incredibly high standards for themselves and their recommended vendors. We did not worry about a single thing on our wedding day. We just knew that the staff at Falkirk had everything covered, so we spent the evening just enjoying ourselves, which is exactly what we hoped for. Our wedding day was one of those days that was just so perfect and such a dream come true that we often find ourselves wondering if it was a dream or if it actually happened. The venue is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains, the property is gorgeous and well maintained, and the ballroom is surrounded by all windows, that overlooks the amazing property. The ballroom also had brand new carpet and chairs and a beautiful fireplace which was a great backdrop for my family pictures. The staff… there are not enough great things that I can say about the staff. Tommy and Michelle were absolutely incredible. Tommy from start to finish was an absolute pleasure to work with. He worked with my family that had a ton of demands and requests, seamlessly. He catered to every whim that we had and really knows how to throw an event and make sure that every detail is perfect. The staff – I heard nothing but compliments from everyone attending my wedding. The staff was extremely attentive and they even brought drinks to the table. The food – the food was delicious. I have heard from several guests that typically at weddings, the cocktail hour is better than the dinner but not at Falkirk. We received so many compliments that both our cocktail hour and dinner were great. They offer a great variety of food options and Tommy and kitchen staff are willing to work with you to create your perfect menu.

December 4, 2016– “Phenomenal….. Over the top. Amazing. These are just some of the words our guests used to describe our wedding day. Sean and I got married on 9/23/16 and we still cannot get over how perfect our day was. We went to a wedding at Falkirk Estate in May 2012 and ever since then Falkirk had always been in the back of our minds as a truly unique and special place to get married. We got engaged in late October 2015 and within a week we made an appointment to go up and meet with the Falkirk staff. Our meeting was with Karen and it was truly a blessing that we got connected with her because she is just the sweetest person, and was an essential part in making our day so spectacular. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process (even on her days OFF we were getting responses back via email) and makes you feel so cared about. She even took time out of her busy schedule to re-cut menu cards the week of the wedding after I saw they didn’t initially fit into the napkins the way I envisioned them too. I told her it was no big deal but she did it anyway — seriously above and beyond!! In booking with Falkirk, Tommy and Karen were very helpful in customizing a menu for us that fit our taste and budget. They wanted us to have the best experience we could. All of our guests continue to talk about the amazing service that the staff provided that night. Multiple people that day commented on how their drinks were never empty and there was always someone catering to you asking if they can get you anything else. They truly make you feel like royalty. Not only is the staff unlike any I have ever experienced, so is the venue. A lot of work goes in to keeping the grounds pristine and the ballrooms updated. It is truly beautiful no matter what time of year you go. The photo opportunities are endless with the cascading waterfalls, gazebos, white birch trees and twinkling lights. It is like nothing I have ever seen before. I remember walking into the reception hall that night before any of the guests and was in awe of how perfectly executed everything was. All the small details were put into place – every candle was lit, napkins perfectly folded, all signs and décor set out…I couldn’t help but shed some tears. People I converse with who have gotten married typically list one or two things they wished had gone different at their wedding, or that something didn’t go as planned, but I can truly say we have nothing to critique. Not ONE thing was out of place the entire evening – it was exactly as I envisioned. For future couples looking for a perfect wedding experience Falkirk is it!! You must come and see for yourselves. He is incredibly professional, patient, accommodating and truly makes you feel like your wedding is the most important one! Even when I didn’t have all my vendors finalized he suggested a few companies that have worked with the Falkirk in the past. What I believe separates the Falkirk from other venues is their ability to accommodate all your wishes. We requested very specific details (cigar bar, candy bar, photo booth, “in loving memory” memorial, local pennings cider on tap, karaoke at the after party) and the Falkirk was able to make it all happen without question or doubt. I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything, and everything was perfect – spot on what I envisioned. What amazed me more than their ability to throw an amazing party was the level of professionalism. All my guests have told me how great their waiter/waitress was at the sit down dinner. Although I’m not surprised, it’s great knowing after the fact that my guests had amazing service to top off a delicious meal. Although I’m not surprised, it’s great knowing after the fact that my guests had amazing service to top off a delicious meal. My husband and myself also had great service; Michelle and Will (our bridal concierge and captain) were with us the entire day. Michelle was constantly fixing the train of my dress to ensure that it was always picture perfect and coordinated everything so that we were on time for pictures, the cocktail hour, and the start of our reception. Will made sure that we always had a beverage in our hand and that we completed everything that we wanted to during the reception (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) Looking back now, everything was PERFECTION; I worried about nothing the entire day and I had the time of my life. The venue is beautiful, the food is excellent and plentiful, at both the Cocktail hour and the Reception, and the service was a notch above any place we’ve ever been. We’ve attended many weddings at beautiful locals, but never received the attention to detail all our guests received here. August 2016– “Falkirk Estate made our dream come true! Falkirk and its staff made our wedding ceremony and reception beyond what we imagined. Unfortunately it started to rain, making our ceremony inside BUT Tommy and Karen promised me it would still be amazing and they were right. (Rain means good luck!!) Then the sun came out for cocktail our and their staff quickly set up for an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The compliments from our guests were nothing but wonderful. The venue was everything I imagined and more. The staff was overwhelmingly tentative, not only did the staff work well and diligently for the groom and I but our guests loved there table side servers! The food was out of this world. The views were breath taking rain or shine! The ballroom was plenty big for a 225 person wedding. The bar was HUGE and the fire place inside the ballroom was a very elegant and romantic touch. The dance floor was used all night long by three quarters of my guests and there were no complaints about the space. We love to dance, so that was a very big deal for us! I could go on and on about how amazing Falkirk Estate was to us and how much they did for us, up to the very last minute of the next day, when we came to pick up belongings and what not. July 2016– “I recently got married at Falkirk Estate end of July 2016 and it was the best decision of my life! Not only is the venue gorgeous being on a manicured golf course but the entire staff was so professional and amazing! Our event planner, Karen Corson, was absolutely the best. She was super responsive and met all of my needs as a bride. Her and the rest of the staff was so great that I didn’t even need a wedding day-of coordinator because they were all so helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. All of our guests were raving about how the service was superb and how the food was so delicious. Our florist said that their kitchen is the cleanest they’ve ever seen. I can’t stress how important it is to get married at the right venue because it’ll make or break the bride’s wedding day. That’s the day you don’t want to stress about anything and fortunately for me, Falkirk ensured that everything ran smoothly. Everyone at this venue is very accommodating and so easy to work with. July 2016– “The Falkirk is the most amazing place for an event. July 23, 3016 our daughter and son-in-law had the most amazing weddings thanks to Tommy, Karen, Michael, Peter and the entire staff. From the big things everyone one could see to the tiniest detail was flawless. The ceremony was without a hitch even in 98 degree weather to the food that was impeccable, however what amazed us more than anything was that every quest commented on the wait staff and how incredible the service was. Everyone kept asking if each table had their own waiter/waitress because they were pampered all night. Nothing made us feel so happy as to hear that our guests were so well taken care of and made to feel special. July 2016– “My husband and I got married on July 23rd 2016. The Falkirk is used to getting incredible reviews, so this review, like the others, will just solidify the unbelievable experience one will receive from the time they sign their contract, to the days following their wedding. First, let me start with Tommy, the general manager. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about the wedding industry than Tommy. He is incredibly professional, patient, accommodating and truly makes you feel like your wedding is the most important one! Tommy even pulled up a chair and bustled my dress like a professional; there’s nothing he cannot do!! Karen, the event planner, is an absolute doll! Every time you walk through the door, you are greeted with a warm smile and hug. They never ever made me feel as though I was asking too many questions or bothering them whenever we wanted to just stop by. We truly felt as though we were the only ones getting married this month because their dedication and commitment was unparalleled to anything else.
We got married on site and my guests could not stop raving about the gorgeous atmosphere. The blooming flowers around the ceremony site, the running waterfalls, and the perfectly groomed landscape add to the breathtaking views as we said our vows. Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they had ever seen. However, once they moved into the over-the-top cocktail hour, they were sure that this was the best wedding they had ever been too. The food is exceptional!!! The presentation and displays are set up to perfection; they clearly pay attention to the details.
When I walked into the main room where our reception took place, it was everything I had envisioned. There are no words to describe it; the room was absolutely gorgeous; every candle was carefully placed, the napkins were neatly folded, and every utensil was perfectly lined up. They even helped our florist put together our center pieces. Each detail of our wedding was planned out. Everything went as smooth as possible, which is a testament to the hard work that happens behind the scenes.
The service is top-notch and simply cannot be compared to anywhere else. The staff is properly trained to meet the needs of each and every one of the guests attending the wedding. Our guests could not stop praising the wait staff and were in awe of how attentive and efficient they were. Truly, everyone walked away that night saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too, and we had some tough critics in the crowd 😉

That’s why I chose to have my wedding there. The staff are all 100% professionals and know their business well. The food is top notch fresh, and the place is super clean. The entire place is kept up so well that it looks brand new. Also all of our guests were overly impressed by the venue and the quality of service they received from the staff.
